Effective August 27, 2026. BriefMetric processes CSV files locally in your browser. The current website does not transmit, retain, sell, or use the contents of uploaded or pasted CSV files for advertising. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to answer your request, evaluate product demand, and provide requested support. We retain correspondence only as reasonably needed for those purposes and legal obligations. Do not submit data you are not authorized to use. You may request access to or deletion of your correspondence by emailing briefmetricteam@gmail.com.

You may use it only with data you lawfully possess and may not use it to violate law, infringe rights, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Generated calculations and narrative are informational outputs that you must review before sharing or relying on. The preview is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, IshBuy Direct LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the preview. California law governs these terms.
PAYMENTS
Cancellation and refunds
No payment is currently collected through BriefMetric, so there is no subscription to cancel or refund. Before any paid plan launches, its price, renewal terms, cancellation method, and refund rules will be disclosed before purchase. Founding-access inquiries create no obligation.
